Do I have to buy everything?
No. Nearly everyone starts with one thing, usually the website, and adds the next when the first is paying for it. The point of a partner is that when you’re ready, we already know your business and can move fast.
What does a support plan include?
Hosting covers the server, security updates and backups. Starter adds a set number of content or design edits each month with clear turnaround times. Pro adds priority handling, a monthly performance check and a block of hours for small improvements. Each is a fixed monthly fee, quoted in writing.
Can you help with email, CRM and automation?
Yes. Follow-up emails, booking reminders, quote automation, review requests, a CRM that actually gets used. Small businesses lose more work to slow follow-up than to competitors; this is often the highest-return thing we do.
What about AI for my business?
We use it ourselves every day, so we know what’s useful and what’s hype. Where it fits (answering common enquiries, drafting quotes, summarising jobs) we’ll set it up sensibly. Where it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
Are you the right size for a bigger business?
If you’re a 5–50 person business without a marketing department, we’re built for you. If you need a 40-person agency with a boardroom, we’ll happily say so, and we’ll tell you what to ask them.
