Using this site
You may browse this site and share links to it freely. The content, design and code are owned by MOGGED unless stated otherwise. Client logos and screenshots of client websites are shown with permission and remain the property of those clients.
Information on this site
We work hard to keep prices, statistics and descriptions accurate and current. Statistics are cited to their sources. Prices are in New Zealand dollars, exclude GST, and are starting points confirmed in a written quote before any engagement. If something on the site is out of date, the written quote prevails.
The free preview
The free homepage preview is offered at our discretion to genuine New Zealand and Australian businesses considering a website. The preview concept remains our property unless and until you engage us, at which point it becomes part of your project. There is no charge and no obligation either way.
Links to other sites
We link to client websites and to third-party sources for statistics. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
Liability
This website is provided as-is for general information. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, MOGGED is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
