Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you give us so we can reply to you, we use standard analytics to see how the site is used, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone who isn’t helping us serve you.

What we collect
- What you send us: when you fill in a form you give us your name, business name, email, phone number if you add it, your website address if you add it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work.
- How the site is used: we use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where they are and what device they use. This helps us improve the site. Where analytics or advertising cookies are used, they are described below.
- Calls and emails: if you call or email us we keep the correspondence so we can follow up.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses functional cookies needed to make forms work, and may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (such as Google Ads and Meta pixels) to understand how visitors find us and whether our own advertising works. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide a free preview if you ask for one.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To send you information you have asked for. We do not send newsletters unless you opt in.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, form handling service, hosting and analytics providers, who process it on our behalf and under confidentiality. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information or your customers’ information to train AI systems.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards for tax purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s settings, typically 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tony@getmogged.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days as the Privacy Act requires. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to serve you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
